What is the minimum order quantity?

Which drawing formats can I send?
We accept CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS files. Include the required material, dimensions, surface finish and quantity.
Can you make and ship samples?
Samples can be made from drawings or existing samples and shipped domestically or internationally. Sample preparation typically takes 10–15 days, depending on the process and requirements.
Can I approve a sample before production?
Yes. For custom components, samples are prepared for your approval before mass production is arranged.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production typically takes 35–40 days, depending on the component, process and order quantity. During peak periods, lead time may extend to 1–3 months; confirm the schedule when ordering.
What is included in a quotation?
Standard packaging is included. Shipping and taxes depend on the agreed trade terms and destination and are itemized in the quotation.
Can you assess an urgent order?
Expedited production can be assessed against available capacity and the current order schedule.
Are inspection reports available?
Factory inspection and quality reports can be supplied with delivery. Customer or third-party inspections can also be arranged.
